Error with the cliff sensors
For errors related to the cliff sensor
If you are being notified about a ‘Cliff Sensor’ error via the LEGEE App or via voice prompt, follow the instructions below to resolve the issue.
First, clean the cliff sensor located underneath the robot using a microfibre cloth. Refer to the image below to identify the cliff sensors.
Secondly locate and click on ‘Sensors Status’ under ‘Maintenance & Management’ in the LEGEE App and reset the cliff sensor.
