Robot vacuum does not move
If your HOBOT LEGEE is not moving follow the below instructions in its order. Move to the next step if the step before that does no resolve the issue.
- Conduct a firmware update through the LEGEE App.
- Remove the roller-brush from the LEGEE and attempt to run the vacuum without the roller-brush. If the the LEGEE works without the roller-brush this indicates an issue with the existing roller-brush. Replacing the roller-brush can resolve the problem. You can purchase replacement roller brushes here.
- Conduct a complete factory reset. Note that this will cause your built in maps to be erased along with any other data.
